I own an 89 sr5, until stumbling across this message board i have known nothing about my car. I am now convinced to buy a GT. Is there any differnece between the 88,89,and 90? jus curious before i actually buy another one. thanks for any info.

andrews the best with the ae92, but i do know that they did come with two very different engines. one was a 7rib(?)(late model) hicomp and the second was the 5rib(?) big port(early models) big difference in engine choice.

yup. actually all the north american ae92s came with a 7 rib block, no matter if the engine had tvis or not.
