Corolla Engine Swap

hello ppl, i wanna swap my toyota corolla 2003, japan 4 door model with a turbocharged supra enigine. do any of u know whether it can b done and what changes i need 2 make 2 my car 2 make it work?

with a lot of money, WAY cheaper to turbo your corolla.

well, thats the prob. i cant turbocharge my car. apparently, its not turbo compatible and if i install 1 then it might burn out my valves or something of that sort, atleast thats what the mechanics r saying. if u have any info on that ill appreciate a response.

Have you considered trading for an XRS Corolla?

It may be a better starting point, there is more aftermarket available for the 2ZZ.

that's why people usually rebuild their engine internals to handle turbo..

thanx for the responses. now, there is another prob. where i live which is Dhaka, Bangladesgh, u get 2 types of corolla. Corolla F 1.3L engine, Corolla G 1.5L. i have the latter. btw, i can not rebuild an engine, dont trust the mechanics in Bangladesh for engine rebuilding.
