Help identifying true age of reconditioned Corolla
Hi all. I've recently bought this car from a previous owner. I noticed from the time I saw the car that it seemed to have an older style than I would expect for a 2002 vehicle. Also older features. It has no central-locking, power-windows only at the front, rear seatbelts had to be installed by the previous owner, no intermittent wiper feature. I'm trying to figure out some things about the car (unfortunately I didn't get an owner's manual from the previous owner) but so far I get the impression that the style/appearance of it is definitely that of an older corolla (seems to be somewhere between 93-97). I guess this is the norm with reconditioned cars. Is there any way I can tell what year the car is originally? Also, I can't seem to locate the VIN. Any suggestions?
Model No: EE103V-AXHDK
Chassis No: EE103-0124835
I'd like to attach a photo of the car but I can't seem to do so.
use a photo hosting site such as imageshack.us or imagebeaver.com or photoshack.com to host a picture. There should be a sticker on the driver side door molding that says vin# and year or production, curb weight, color etc... (at least their is in the US.) hope that helps.

The vin should be in the dash on the drivers side almost right under where that big circle sticker is. Look through the window from the outside and down onto the dash.

So the owner was claiming that the car was a 2002? And I also find it odd that the owner had to install the rear seat belts... You sure this car isn't hot?
