Improved seating position-10th gen Corolla?

Does anyone know if the all new 10th gen Corolla will have a better driver seating position with a telescopic steering wheel? I can't for the life of me find a comfortable position in the current 9th gen Corolla. The steering wheel is too far away. I noticed some trade magazines noted the same exact thing. Hopefully this will be corrected with the new Corolla.

Thanks.

Here, here.. I second that...

Get a comfortable position for the legs and the steering wheel is too far away, get the steering wheel in a comfortable position and my legs are in a painful driving position.

Same here and with a left shoulder that pops out of joint if the wind blows wrong I seem to have a dislocated shoulder after a long drive. Damn steering wheel location made for people who are under 5'4"

I drove an 05 S as a rental car, I didn't find any problems with the seating positioning, the car fit me fine pretty much the same as my AE92.

Maybe you guys are driving the wrong car for your size.

10th Gen Seating Position

Just bought an '09 LE Corolla, the tilt/telescope allows for almost any driver to find something comfortable. There is also a barber shop seat jack for the driver side to raise and lower the seat. Big fan of the vehicle so far...plus they look AMAZING in my opinion. Hope that helped.
