Exclamation need some help

I hope these arent stupid but I have a couple questions. I just got a 4age 20v and im swappin it into my 96. im rebuilding it right now and i have searched and searched for torque specifications for when i put it all back together but i cant find them anywhere, does anyone know a site that might have them so I can put it back together right? another issue i have ran into is i live in an area where I have to take emission tests every other year, will the swap effect this? Any help on either of these would be much appreciated!

Not sure how much this will help, but check page 110 of this PDF:

Didn't read the above link.

But I used the blacktop manual, there are a few minor differences but all the torque specs are the same. The blacktop manual is really easy to find, there are heaps of copys floating around the net.
