Please refer to the sticky threads, there is lots of information available that will lead you in the right direction. There is an actual thread that talks about Corolla swaps in general which would include your car.

To make a long story short, yes it will and it will be expensive.

Learn to browse this site, atlease try and put some effort in it.

Short answer, its gonna cost you. So I'm guessing your not going to do it then.

How mechanically inclined are you? Hm...I am guessing you are not the DIY type so ask around your local shops otherwise I can throw out a figure for you but it won't be close. As replied by REN69, it will be expensive since its going to be custom mounted. If you want the MR2 engine, look for a better platform that requires little to no modification for easy swap or get a car with the 3SGTE engine already in it.

3S-GE & 3S-GTE

The best horsepower engines swaps for Corolla’s also is the hardest and heaviest to install. Lots of time and money will be involved.
Linkie Linkie, click on this link because I contain a lot of information that could have been answered...
