Does anyone know of a place to find some all black rims without the chrome lip? They have to straight black and no chrome.

There are literally tons of them. Your gonna have to be more specific on the brand, size, weight, bolt pattern, offset of them. But try looking into the Rota wheel line, it offers a lightweight wheel for an affordable cost that has the cold you want and it fits most cars.

You're best to look locally in your area if you want to save the shipping charges. As for wheels, I don't know what to tell you other than google is your best friend.

Simple, take one rim (any rim will do), and some black paint.

Combine the 2 and you have a black wheel.

Seriously just go look in a shop.
