AE92 Loss in power

So my car is acten up a bit... Feels really doggy when cold & feels like ive lost alot of power ( cant even feel the TVis kick in anymore..

So in the morning i will start off & as soon as i give her gas she kinda bogs down, however if i floor it, it doesnt do it.. kinda feels like it did when my O2 sensor went on me, but the sensor was replaced not that long ago... However worken with megasquirt could have clogged or messed up the sensor, with the incorrect fuel mixtures ? i dunno

Another thought is my cold start injector ? dunno how else to describe the loss in power

Any thoughts or comments be appreciated
~Dan
