Need an Engine hoist

well For those of you who remember my parts car sr-5, I am halfway through removing the 4-AC motor.

However I've struck a wall and cannot proceed to remove anything else until I get an engine hoist. Does anyone here have one in the GTA or knows of where I can rent one?

thx

most machinery rental shops will have them, places that rent trailers, compactors, all that crap

but you could use the joices of your garage, just reinforce one with a couple 2x6's and get one of those 1ton comealongs from crappy tire, they're like 25$,

and you get to keep it to pull yourself out of snowbanks

oh and if you're taking out the engine to scrap it, then if you remove everythign but the block, head, crank and pistons, you can just pull that out by hand

..

stephens rent-all (I think that's the name) or is it stephensons ...I dunno, it's something like that.

They have them for rent, I contacted them about a year ago. Never got around to it tho.
