I have not tried removing the relay, because I don't know what relays are. Theres also another fuse called DRL (7.5 Amps) in the main fusebox (drivers side, under the hood). Removing that disables highbeams.

If it is the same as a corolla, Try looking for the relay above the brake pedal. Hope this helps. Doug
