well...due to the RAPID and very sudden decline of my corollas 4AF carburetor

..., im finally gon take the advice of my mechanic, and get a new car...im not goin to ''the dark side'' tho..im gettin a pontiac....lol, i expect itll be quite a civic-eater!!

ah welll.....guess its finally time to say goodbye to the 1989 corolla. its mileage was 221,443.

ill miss it tho..o well..

Iv'e seen the carbs for the Corolla going for about $100 on eBay. Not sure if that wil help anyone. Either that or rebuild it.

I agree, my mechanic fixes domestics for a living, he barely ever sees me in there and aside from my car he's only got like 2 imports and about 20 domestics waiting to get fixed.

madking, get rid of your carbed fosil and get a newer corolla or something with EFI at least.

hes located in chamblee...the shop is pretty small, but its called New World Auto..
and the pontiac is EFI too

andd Ren69, i REALLY wanted an AE101(i think thats the one...), cuz i heard its not TOO hard to turbo it and still have it be pretty reliable.. but for rite NOWnow, im gettin the pontiac for ~$3 or $400 total...more than likely, its just until i kan save some cashhh to get back into a toyo, lol..
but its too bad, they dont make any more FAST toyotas**...or at least toyos w/beastly potentials..

**Scion doesnt count, lol...neither does Lexus....i mean STRICTLY toyota...and yeah, yeah...theres the MR2..but i dont think i like MR chassis.

yeahhh, true that, but heyy-- to ME, itll be i guess sorta potent...cuz im used to drivin a car w/less than 90HP...lol...so im goin from 90 to ~140 HP..

plus, i think it'd b pretty fast if i got a turbo built on it (the pont.)...but, idunno where i kan get a turbo custom built in my area...or how much it'll cost...
