"How To" Sites??

Hey guys and girls, I'm a newbie.

Are there any websites that can show me how to take stuff apart on my 99' Toyota Trueno?

Like I want to remove the front headlight covers to find out what this weird white shit is that doesn't look good - to most likely clean it out or buy new covers. But I got no idea what to do. It can't be that hard as long as I find out what the hell I have to do. If someone could point me in the right direction of some good sites, besides google, I would be greatful.

you will have to post a picture of the "Weird white shit" lol and as far as the how to stuff goes just post here & see what people have to say, your allready at a good site for information regarding your car ; )
