No such thing. Depends on what you want your power levels to be, where you want your power band, what associated mods are you willing to do, etc.

Start from 3k till.....?

What power are you looking at?

Best to get some small snail since you don't want large power running on stock internals. But then again if the system works well together it shouldn't be an issue.

T3, T3/T4 are pretty versatile.
As for cams, you'd want stock 4A-GE cams, they work great with a turbocharger.

Flashmn, aren't the 4agze cams different than the regular 4age ones? I thought even different versions of the 4age had different cams

i think what flashmn is trying to say is that the cams from a blue top 4age have longer duration than the stock of the 4agze thats why their better.. hmm... from 3k till limit... t3/t4... would the CT12 from a 1j engine work to? or is it too small?? and would a turbo from a stock rb20det work??? wouldnt it spool in a higher RPM cos its from a 2liter engine??

NO,

There are 2 types of 16valve 4ag cams, the early ones (slightly bigger/longer) and the later ones. That's it, only 2 types.

And the main question is budget and avalibility. I would go for a t3/t4 combo, sized to suit what I want. But that's only because T3/T4's are so cheap and abundent over here. Depends what you can get locally.

A CT12 is far to small, they run two of them on a JZ remember.
