84 sr5 -new owner-

Hi guys i'm new here, about a month ago I purchased an 1984 corolla coupe but sadly I got the sr5 model, GTS was hard to find but after a while the sr5 isn't that bad.

My question is, as a new owner, do u guys recommend certain parts to increase hp? or any mods that will help aid the 4a-c engine, or perhaps any suggestions on how to fix it up to make it look nice?

Well I look forward hearing from the pros, and get to know you guys better. But other than that this forum looks kool

is this car your daily driver? if so, don't bother with crazy money sucking 'mods' cause getting hp from the stock engine is a lost cause, even for a gts. Getting real performance means engine swap.
My car is my daily driver and 'beater'. I'm restoring the car to stock form and wouldn't bother dropping an intake or a 3 inch exhaust. Just a waste of $$$ if you ask me. The most I would do is getting a JDM bumper when I restore the body. It just makes the car look so much more BAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!
