AE86=speed demon

something i found quite funny in my 1987 road and track mag..

Corolla GTS:
curb weight: 2450...i hoped it would be lighter?
0-60: 10.5...i expected mid to high 9s...not 10s?!
standing 1/4 mile: 18.6 ttc bus has competition now

slalom speed: 60.8mph. not shabby at all for something that rides on skinnny 185 all season 14inchers

woah u have a road and track mag from 1987? too boro to buy new mags and read them?

I love digging up old car mags... The buyers guide that comes out each year is a nice thing to collect and refer to

it depends on whos driving, test drivers from mag to mag differ
