hey will a 4age motor bolt up to a 4a-c tranny???i tried searching it but i couldnt find it.

I believe it will, I can't remember correctly if the 4AC transmission is the same as the T50 found in the AE86 GTS, I think they gear ratios are different. You'd be better off finding a T50 from a GTS and also using that instead.

I was always told the bellhousing needs to be swaped as well. The trannys are both t50's if the sr5 is a manual

ok well my sr-5 is a manual and i was looking for the more inexpesive way of going about it...but this morning ifound out that my grandfather was giving me 3 grand for graduation...so i guess the question now is which tranny has the longer gears??? or which would be better for drag???
