Corolla 1996 Strut Bar Bushings

Hey can someone tell me when you replace the bushings on the front and rear strut bar does the bar have to be totally removed or do the bushings have a split in them and just slide over the bar, can't tell by looking at mine. thanks for any help

There is no such thing as a strut bar bushing.

You are probably referring to a sway bar bushing
