intake opinion/help

correct me if i'm wrong 98-2002 corolla has the same engine right?

i was looking through www.autoanything.com for some cold air or short ram intake and i was wondering if i could fit the 99,2000,2001,and 2002 intake system to my 98...

i was also curious if the 03 to 06 intake would fit my 98...

plz help..

I'm not honestly sure, but if it would fit on the '98, wouldn't they say so?

98-present use the 1zzfe. 98-02 you should be able to use. 03+ uses the same engine but in a different chassis, so you might have luck fitting something like a short ram, most likely you won't be able to fit an 03+ cai on without mods. thats just my take on it though...

i'd buy a nice filter, and buy some flex pipe, and rig up your own CAI
