Flywheel bolts questions

Car is a ZZE110 with a 1ZZ motor.

Can the flywheel bolts be reused when changing flywheels? And for doing auto/manual conversion, when the flex plate is removed and flywheel installed, can the bolts tha come off when the flex plate be reused when installing flywheel? IOW are there any difference between the flywheel bolts used for auto and manual trannies?

Reason is the repair manual specifies different torque for auto and manual flywheels, and monkeywrenchracing says the flywheel bolts are not reusable.

Yes, there will be.

The bolts are re-useable I've reused the bolts on everyflywheel i've ever taken off, and never had a problem.

But the flywheel (manual) bolts have a bigger shoulder on them, to allow for the extra thickness of the flywheel.
They are also usually longer.
