Question please help - transmission fuild hole

hello, I am new in here.
but I have a question on transmission fuild hole of my AE110.
As in the picture, can anyone tell me is the hole mark "A" means the fill up hole, and "B" means the drain hole.

because I want to change the ATF this week.

thanks.....

You drain by b and fill by the fluid level dipstick tube.BTW if you drain your atf some will still stay in the torque converter so its only a partial flush anyways..
