Carb on ebay...would it work?

I saw this carburetor for sale on ebay and it says it's for the 1985 corolla 4AC. would it still work in the 1986 corolla 4AC? I don't see any reason for it to be different.

I thought the same as well.

I have autozones repair guide with step-by-step instructions on how to remove/install the carb.
how hard is it really to do so? could I do it myself with the manual and a mechanically inclined friend or two, having minor mechanical knowledge myself?? or is this something one would want professionally done?

it's not really hard, there's 4 bolts that hold it down, unhook the lines (good idea to label them), reverse the steps.

ummm most you have to worry about is connecting all the vacume lines properly. It's not that difficult.
