AE86 20v not firing

I have a 20v silvertop M/T ecu and I am having problems getting signal to my injectors and sprak to the plugs. I believe I have everything wired up properly. All the grounds to the ecu are properly grounded and connected and all the sensors are connected, just like they origianlly where.

I don't know why I am not able to fire it up. I got power to the ecu from a constant power source. It tells me to connect it from "Permanent power feed from battery to keep ECU memory alive. Fed from unswitched inlet side of EFI Relay". What I did was I tapped into a constant +12 power source to get constant power. Then next power source to connect was "Feed to ECU from Ignition Switch, via EFI Relay output" +12. So what I did was I tapped into a wire that gives me +12 with the key is in the "on" position. This is correct, no?

Does anyone know what the EFI realy looks like?

The Missing one is the green capped relay below \|/
