I have an 88 rolla and I ran into a crazy wiring issue this weekend right before I got it sold. When i flip the headlight switch on the fan cuts on and I have no headlights. Any thoughts on what wires could have the short? I took the fuse box completely apart and started to trace wires but havent found anything under the hood or under the dash. Any tips would be great if someone else has dealt with this. Thanks in advance.

You sure the bulbs didn't burn out?

yeah Im sure because earlier the lights worked and then all of a sudden the lights stopped working and there was a burnt wire smell int eh car and now the headlights dont work adn the fan cuts on when I flip the switch.
