well...if a motor is still stock then something went horribly wrong. Most likely cause of something like this is insufficient oil and a rod bearing will give out. only times i've seen that is caused by owner not keeping maintenance or engine is burning/leaking a lot of oil and just runs out...
if you're asking due to aftermarket stuff...i have no real clue. I'd imagine a 1zz wont handle much boost or nitrous with stock rods
