Bad Miss, self resolving ??

Just replaced my o2 sensor, with a looks good, very new, suposedly low mile one from a good ebay source. also had car apart with battery disconnected for several days to replace header shortly before that, but events separated by three days and 200 miles
right after I finished the sensor change, picked up intermittent miss at low rpm, like off idle springs to life 28~31 hundred rpm .

Like this several days, seems worse at startup but could happen hot seemed to worse yesterday. today REAL bad!!! almost bailed on work then bam! back to life. checked with my reader and showed 1300 and 1310 which is igniter 1 and 2.

seems funny both coils out and in together, I think this is the engine computer??
also, get this, I put a cluster from a ce in it to get the tach right, and for a year the LCD on the tach says " -E- " I assume cuz I have a manual and the LCD is supposed to diaplay what gear your in park drive etc. well, right when its missing real bad today I notice the LCD sayin " -22F " like it was telling me the cabin temp cleared the same time the miss went away

ANY THOUGHTS WELCOME
