Mainly just the head, the F head is an economy head and the G head is a performance head. but there is no production 7age. you get that by taking a 4age head and mounting it on a 7afe block.

Also, 4AFE is a 1.6L motor, 7AFE is a 1.8L motor, it's basically the same motor with increased displacement and some upgrades.

Like everyone said, the 7AGE is not a production engine, it's a Hybrid of the 4AGE head/7AFE block.
