AE86 No Spark

Ok here is the problem. I am getting a 12v signal from the blaster, brand new from the auto parts store, but I am not getting any spark to my spark plugs. Why is this?

broken timing belt? open up your oil cap and look to make sure the cams are spinning. when I broke mine, I went through a new starter and a new coil before I realized it was my timing belt... I felt dumb :-P

I am trying to get a hold of a new distributor assembly. I tested it and I am only getting 99ohm resistance on one. Should be getting arround 125 when cold. Can't find a used 20v dist. anywhere. Anyone know where I could get one, other than Toyota?
