Lowering Springs Installation

I bought some tein s tech lowering springs for my 07 corolla s. Is it easy to install them myself without totally screwing something up real bad? I mean i have my brother and he installed some lowering springs on his RX-8.

took me and my friend 2 hours for all 4 wheels, u need a breaker bar, torque wrench, spring compressor and various sizes sockets....

We never done this before so u can do it faster with extra set of hands, and right tools
