On most yotas you take off the inner door panel, and when looking inside you should see two bolts holding the door hadle in. use some pb or wd40 on these because the nuts are molded into the plastic of the handle and a stuck bolt will break the nuts right out of your handle, rendering it useless.
there are also most likely two linkages: one for the lock and one for the latch. I know the latch, and perhaps the lock, uses a plastic clip to hold the linkage to the handle. you sort of rotate the clip off of the linkage and the linkage can then be removed from the handle.
If the lock doesn't use a plastic clip then it most likely has a sort of snap ring or an e-clip that connects it to the linkage. These invariably get lost in the bottom of the door when they zing off, so have a magnet handy.
