I read the text over and over and I still can't imagine where in the engine it got to. If it went into the intake port and got caught by the intake valve, where would the hot oil come from?

I think the hot oil comment was either people not knowing how an engine works writing an article. Or possibly maybe the car needs valve seals lol. But I think the HOT ALLUMINUM HEAD, moving valves, GAS AND AIR IN YOUR BUM, and not to mention the spark! would be more of a problem then a few drops of oil from a bad valve seal lol
i'm thinking it got caught in the intake manifold and was blocking one of the cylinders. the oil could come from the PCV valve
After thinking about it for a while I came to the same conclusion
