I heard to use a thin piece of wire or string like dental floss to cut it off then just use some safe solvent to clean the rest of the glue off...Never tried it so I can't say it works but doing it that way won't leave any scratches

Good luck and let us know how it went...

Sleeper

I use my glue gun to put the emblem back on. But if this doesn't work for you, just leave the emblem off and keep your car like a sleeper...

use some 3M emblem adheisve to put them back on, and like other people said dental floss or fishing like to remove with a hairdryer to help the glue release
