Gen6 Manual Transmission oil change

I just bought my Corolla this weekend, and I'm about to do some routine maintenence this weekend (oil change, coolant, spark plugs, air filter, etc.) I wanted to do a transmission oil change also, but I'm not sure how or what brand or type to use. If anyone can help, that would be great. I have a 1994 Corolla with the 7A-FE and the 5-speed.

Sorry for the double thread post can any of the mods delete one?

If it's like the one now in my car, API GL-4 or GL-5, SAE 75W-90, about 2 quarts or until the fluid is about 1mm from the fill hole when car is level. Where's your owner's manual?

Exclamation

note: don't round the corners on those drain and fill bolts, or else they are a bitch to use the socket on... sometimes they lock down hard and sometimes will not budge..

Use a 6 point tight fitting socket and wil probably need a breaker bar.. if it's easy, you are a lucky bastage..

I am one lucky bastard - with breaker bar I'm able to undo them with a 24mm socket.
