T25s are good until about 14 psi before then blow oil seals like crazy and should be sized well for your motor.

But, I would think it would be easier to get a t3 flanged exhaust manifold.

The 7AFTE guys like the T3-Super 60, the 4AGTE crowd seems to prefer a T25 or a T28.

the trubo from the vg30 is a t25comp. and a t2 exhaust. a/r .48 and the other is a t28 from the sr20 from a s14.. is a a/r .48 better than an a/r .64 exhaust?? im not going to drag it... its just my daily car... i just want it to be fun to drive.. what do you guys think???

if you're daily driving it.. go with the smaller one, less lag.
