They do. Just go over to the 'oil wall' and somewhere around there you'll find this thing in a clear plastic wrapper that looks like accordianed hose with a small red diaphram attached to it. They're like $4.

When your done draining, support the rear of the car from the chassis, not the axle. This let's the diff hang waay down. Then just fill it up, sometimes I need a little 3" piece of hose to get the bottom of the bottle in.
To fill the tranny, spend 10-15 minutes and remove the center console and shifter boot. Then remove the 4 x 10mm bolts that hold the shifter on and poor it in one of the holes beneath the shifter.
