Unhappy AE102 Brake Problem

I have an AE102, and the brakes feel relatively normal, but they sometimes just don't stop in time with relative pressure on the pedal. It's not a spongy feel, they just don't stop in time. Is it the pads and shoes? Do I have air in my brake lines? Do I need new rotors? Thanks for any help.

Check the following:

1. Are your rotors warped?
2. Do you have enough fluid?
3. Check all the bolts on the brake shoe, make sure they move in and out.
4. Check for air in your lines. I'd go in depth but I'm horrible at explaining. A manual can show you.
5. Check your brake pads.
6. Brake squeal doesn't always mean your pads are gone.
