Exclamation Engine swaps?

Hey i just got my 87 GT-S and my kms are REALLY high 308,000
so i was wondering is it possible to swap the engine if so how much and where do i get the engine? thanks for your help...

If i buy a new engine how many KMS would be on it? is it better to rebuild or buy a new one?

it's probably cheaper to buy one from an engine importer.. but first you should ask yourself if you really need an engine swap.. i'm sure there are a whole bunch of other things on the car that might need attending to..

if your engine runs fine, why not run it..

I agree. If your engines strong, keep it. Do a compression test, change the timing belt, and keep her fluids changed regularly. If you can afford it, take your time and bebuild an old engine that has stoped running.
