You sure you used the right wording on your search? this has been asked/covered a few times before.

Here's a list of motors that are a popular swap on the AE86

Straight swap (no motor mount custom work required, can use AE86 transmission)
-4AGE/4AGZE 16V
-4AGE 20V (get a mallot, pound that firewall.. or cut it)
-7AGE (4AGE head, 7AFE block hybrid)

Not straight swap (mild to extensive motor mount work and transmission work required)
-3SGE/3SGTE (Also requires custom transmission and bellhousing)
-22RE/22RTE (from the Toyota trucks, pretty much custom everything)
-7MGE/7MGTE (from the MA Supras, it's been done)
-1JZGTE (from quite a few JDM Toyotas, been done also)
-2JZGE/2JZGTE (from the JZA Supras, been done by a few)

Non Toyota motors (been done, don't ask me.. ask google. )
-SR20DET Nissan
-13B Mazda Rotary
-F20C Honda S2000 motor

yes.. you need to make sure you have the full harness, sensors, ecu from the 4AGE donor car, and upgrade your fuel pump and maybe the fuel lines while you're at it.
