Struts/Sway Bars - Recommendations

I have a 2000 Corolla, looking to improve cornering/handling, what is recommend in the area of struts/sway bars?

I already changed tires to low profile tires looking to go to the next step.

Also any information on how to install struts/sway bars would be greatly appreciated as well. I am having touble finding anything useful on the net regarding installation.

Thanks in advance.

For struts Tociko HPs (blue) or KYB GR-2s. TRD also has struts and springs.

Anti-sway bars,as far as I know nobody makes them for this year you have to go custom, but there are places that custom make them and they aren't totally too expensive.

For a Strut bar TRD makes a nice one from there you can get a bunch of generic ones. I think OBX makes one as well.

For Springs besides TRD there is Eibach, Tein, H&R, Apex, and many many more...

For coilovers, Drop zone, Ground Controll, Skunk2, etc.

Check out www.vvti.net/forums
Skim through the posts and look at people's signatures to get an idea of what people are running on their 98+ Rollas also check out the suspension mods forum there.

As for installation just get a Haynes Manual (local auto parts store) they will have full instructions with pictures for removing and installing suspension components. Plus alot of manufacturers have installation instructions available for their products

Good luck.
Chris

Use a GTi/GTS corolla rear sway bar and get rid of the front one
Makes a front driver very nice to drive, because you have oversteer/neutral turning tendencies.
