$208 ???

definitely not.. just get a low profile regular k&n conical filter (which is what, $40?), find an afm adapter plate and an elbow (got my afm adaptor plate from a datsun 280zx and the elbow from a nissan s12 200sx at the junk yard, total price, about $3-4)

slap it all together and there's your free flowing "intake system"

if you like, add some dryer ducting, some zip ties, and some creativity, and you got a "CAI"

i dunno.. you jsut have to look around..

some people make their own, or others cut the stock one and stick a metal pipe inside it to give it support

i got one cut from an exhuast shop, its cheap since the elbow on RWD (like AE86) is really short compared to a FWD car, if you have cone filter or something
