20V Wiring Help...With pictures!

Don't know how many 20V guys there are on this board, but I figured I'd throw it out there to see if anyone can help.

Finally bit the bullet and just ripped the bastard wiring harness out of the car and tore it apart. Tracing everything back and it's not going too badly, except for a few exceptions. I have some questions for anyone out there who can help me, and since I know wiring help on the internet is like pissing in the wind, I've provided visual aides that may reduce confusion and help me get to the heart of the matter.

btw, ST engine, BT ECU and harness.

1) I have 3 mystery wires coming out near the injectors. They are White, Black, and Red. White and black are both plugged into the sensor (I don't know what sensor it is - someone enlighten me?). The Red wire goes back to the ECU plugin and is spliced into another wire, both going to VVT (Camshaft Oil Control Valve). The wire that red shares in the VVT plugin goes to the sensor on the drivers side of the engine, just below the cam cover. I'll call this "Sensor U" for right now since I don't know it's proper name, and I have to get back to it later. Bottom line here: What do the 3 wires plug into, if anything?

2) The 4 negative wires from the injector plugs all converge together, along with the ground for "Sensor U". They don't, however, connect to anything. They just join and stop. Should they be attached to some common sensor ground or chasis ground, or are they fine where they are?

3) The MAP sensor here has a yellow wire spliced into it. Unfortunately the wire terminates about 12" from the splice point. It shares a wire with the TPS which goes to VC on the ECU. The green wire goes to PIM on the ECU. Should this yellow wire that shares a spliced line hook up to anything else?

4) This son of a ****** is ugly as sin. I know which ones are 12V because I can trace them through the rest of the harness. The rest not so much. Can anyone tell me what the wires are/do?

5) (not pictured) I have a cluster of brown wires, two of which are from the E01 and E02 terminals on the ECU. They connect with an eyelit connector. Where should this be grounded? It was just taped up hanging loose in the engine bay when I noticed it.

Thanks to anyone who can help out.
