Like previously stated there are valid points like the wrapping to improve FE , which I should probably do but adding hp is difficult. If he actually did gain then dyno sheets comparing before & after should be posted. I wouldn't do that ABS or PCV CAI because, .....it's just bootleg, just do it right the 1st go around with mandrel bent pipes & proper welding. But good info nonetheless
