Well the rear brakes are self adjusting.
Just go fast in reverse then slam on the brakes.
Failing that, take off the drum brake covers back there and you will see this little star gear thing. When you turn it, the pads get closer to or farther away from the drum surface. Turn it untill they touch and then back it off a bit. You can also adjust the parking brake cable at the lever. Remove the center console and there is a pretty self-explanitory spinning nut type assembly like on bicycle brake lines or your throttle cable wich you can use to take the slack out of the line...
