location of parking lights' fuse

My parking lights remain on continuously. I want to check if the fuse for the parking lights is fine or not.
This happened after I saw fumes coming out of my dashboard (inside the car).

hey, the parking light fuse shares a fuse with the dome light in the kick panel (next to the left foot of the driver).... the inside of the panel you pull out should have a diagram of what fuses are for what

i have a '99 corolla. And I dont have any fuse box located near the kick panel. i have one fuse box located to the left of the steering wheel.

My bad; I should have specified that it is a '99.
