uh.... the combo lamps aren't headlights.... and they also don't fit with the lower (black) trim under the stock parking lights

you could always do a Levin conversion... which doesn't have flip ups at all... or you can do something like what i'm doing (but it's a LOT LOT LOT of completely custom work)

4 months into it and i'm still not done:

ok so lowered, but the parking light, you can buy the Kouki truno lights, but always can customize to make it a head light....

you need a side skirt for sure, and the clear lenses, look for a 1990 camry, they'll fit the AE92,......froma junk yard to your pocket out to the exit

yeah, that's where i got my clears from too.... but i remember i had to cut something....

didn't even notice at first that you had the molding "shaved"..... the molding that protrudes is just stuck on with glue.... lots and lots of it..... me and my roommate removed ALL of that 2" tall trim on the passenger side..... after time dirt had gotten in there and ruined the paint in spots, which is why we put it back (but at night it looked SO damn nice!)

LOL, at first I thought toyotaspeed was being sarcastic and that it was just a pic of a smashed s13.

I hope you guys didnt intentionally try and roll the hood like that, looks liek you drove up to a wall and stuck it in drive and just gassed till you got the angle you wanted. I hope it looks decent in the end.

Thumbs up

much props to you toyotaspeed90 for trying a s13 front conversion. i wouldnt suggest shaving the side channel on a ae92. its really hard to get the whole thing straight. and not too good if people slams your doors. mines too about a week to get it right.

uhhh..... the hood is completely stock..... we wanted the headlights to sit on the 1/2" line that's on the bumper because the headlights and corner lights (after modification) follow that line perfectly.... so it sticks out a bit more (but at the same time makes the bumper look not quite as deep as it is)...

but i'm currently working on a NEW FIBERGLASS hood..... i haven't heard of one for our cars so i took it into my own hands, made a mold for the hood, and am probably about 80% done with the new one... just gotta wait & see if i get the bomex s13 grill then i gotta figure out some stuff

I'd be happy to unlock it if someone wanted to post a pic instead of shooting the shit for three pages, as I recall no one has PM'd me with such a request Maybe y'all should truck over to the old "post pics of your ride" thread. or start a new one. Or I'll unlock that other one if you want....
