Anyone tried those Sylvania Silverstar headlight bulbs on a 98? Wondering if the lamp configuration plus replacement bulbs really give than much more light output. I'm not looking for the "look" of HID ... just want the light.

The Sylvania site rates these bulbs as good for 1 year. Anyone experience better/worst performance? At around $30 CAD ... they are expensive but are they worth it. If you can believe the Canadian Tire couple ... but that's another story.

I put these in my car and definatley noticed a difference. When looking at them they are whiter than stock, much less yellow, and they put out a lot more light. Not ricey blue either. Great buy, got mine for about $30US on eBay.

I assume that's for both set of bulbs. How long have you had it for?

Had them for about 4 or 5 months now. I got a pair of them for that price, 9004's.
