Yup, what he said. I did something slightly more complicated in my Prizm. It didn't come with a tach, so I found a cluster with one from the junkyard and swapped my odometer in. Then plug 'n rev.

The junkyards around my hometown have tons of AE101 Corollas and Prizms. They charged me $29 bucks at my local "pull it yourself" place. I also got a shifter assembly from the same donor '96 Prizm after my failed shortshifter install.

The 93-97 Prizms and Rollas are identical mechanically, but have cosmetic differences especially in the passenger compartment. The gauge cluster looks different on them, and I'm not sure that they are interchangeable. I used a Prizm one because I have a Prizm. If you take your old one out first, you can check when you're at the junkyard. It's really easy; two screws to get the bezel off, then 4 more screws, then fish the thing halfway out and then take the 3 wire harnesses off the back.
