fuel filter

has anyone changed their fuel filter and why?

my car has been acting up for the longest time.. with the old and new engine.

can't be the dizzy, can't be the injectors, can't be the air filter can't be alot of things because they are all new or have been already changed..

just not the fuel filter..? or pump

my car stalls after i rev it.. or when braking hard while in gear or sometimes when i'm just in neutral
