Project Code Name: OMFG

well project omfg is complete, its about fucking time
(thats why i named it that, i knew i was going to get alot of frustration out of it

well the project consisted of swapping out my old 4afe and putting a jdm one with lower km ( i was burning oil and alot)
and then mating it with a 5spd tranny of of a 4af from cookstown auto

well after 2 weeks its finally over with and it drives like a beauty..
i keep forgeting i am driving stick.. but i'll get used to it..

i also wanted to thank itchy for letting me take parts from his old Ae92 and standing out with me in the cold..! i owe you dinner!

well that is it.. for 2003, seems like its just getting too cold

next years project will be interesting

why not?
thats a good question

well, number one, i wanted something simple to do.. because its only my first swap..

2.. the 4age cost a bit more.. money i didn't have and don't have lol

maybe in the future i will do it...

but my next home made project is 4afte

vroommmmmmmmm, waaaaabishhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

haha

yeah exactly what i said, since he went through the trouble of swapping engine and 5 spd tranny

but i guess another reason was because this crazy guy needed to finish the engine swap in a weekend to pass inspection, no time for new wiring harnesses and ECU perhaps?

victor you should get back your 20v, do THAT next year, and THEN do your custom turbo

Itchi I was thinking the same thing, your motor/harness/ecu/tranny, a set of new gaskets and bearings and he'd be chillin.

Anyway, good work, now the Boro Crew can't break your balls about driving an auto anymore.
