Custom header for your toyota application...

I recently finished fabricating a turbo exhaust manifold for a 4AGE 16V blue top... And it was brought to my attention that there are not many companies currently making headers for the 4AGE... Well I am here to tell you that I create custom exhaust manifolds both for turbo applications and N/A... The Headers are FULLY custom, thus in an all motor application you can choose whether you want more torque from your application or high end Hp... I've made many headers for many makes and models...

Civics: D15, D16, D17
Integras: B17, B18b, B18C1, B18C5
Toyota: 1MZ-FE, and now 4 AGE's

Also headers for swap applications...

Heres a picture of a "Turbo Exhaust manifold" For my 2001 civic...

Specs: -1 3/4" Equal lenght primary runners (16" long each)
-Ported and polished
- Ceramic coated



I am just checking the level of interest right now... but plan on fabricating them to order soon...

tedcomponents is another company that makes exhaust manifolds for the 4age...same with pace-setter.

but ur work looks good there buddy! any idea on pricing right now?

and do u work with stainless?

Pricing all depends on what kind of set-up you want to go with...

Mild steel or 304 Stainless
High temp paint or Ceramic coating
Use of stock flange or Fabrication of a new flange
High end Horsepower or Low end torque
Burns Collector or No name collector

All these factors affect pricing...

Are you able to make a header that would give good low end torque but give good high end? Like a nice mix of the two with basically a strong acceleration all through the band...?
