Ok, Xenon's instrument panel can't be stock GTS.. atleast the '89 GTS panel which is what I swapped on my '89 SR5 only does 160 I believe..

Nothing special about those bright white lights though.. what did you do, use white LED's or just the hyper-white 5w 194 wedge bulbs? Looks awesome.. but I wanna go for something nifty.. like using LED's to light the specific reds and whites and stuff.. plus you can put blue's on the low rpm's and speeds and have it fade out to red or whatever at higher speeds/rpm's on the gauge ya know?

Actually my friend is making me a graphic LCD display which is going to have 6 temp readings on it, my gas gauge represented in bar graph and percentage.. plus voltage from the batt/alt... and those 6 temp readings have 6 corrosponding fan relays to turn on fans like the radiator fans or whatever at what I set the trigger temp at..

I do like your ae92 coupe though Xenon.. This stuff is hot.. I'm doing a lot to my '89 sr5 coupe to dress it up and make it fast and good looking.. I hope I can really get her riding sweet like some of you guys.. I'll post pics soon!

Its a Canadian Spec cluster, so its in Km's.

I also split this thread because a bunch of people were asking about the guages.

My gauage are in Km/h since we are in Canada. The speedometer goes up to 240km/h which is around 150M/h. The only difference between the GTS and SR5 clusters is that he GTS has the orange accents and higher RPM and speedometer readings. Also the door ajar light is on the cluster rather than on the side like the SR5.

I removed the GTS cluster and reinstalled my original SR5 again. I wouldn't recommend putting red or blue bulbs in there because I tried blue before and they really hurt your eyes after a while.

Good luck

Ahh.. screw that SR5 gauge.. I put in a GTS gauge it's much nicer.. since the mods on my car are going to give me higher top speeds I am going to need the GTS speedo

Also, I've put blue 194 wedge bulbs in.. like good blue ones and it didn't hurt my eyes..

That and like you said the door adjar light how it's off on the side with the SR5.. Well I eff'd mine up trying to scrap that red light coating off so I could have a diff color lighting scheme there.. Oh well.. I'm just gonna take that strip out.. it has the Oil light and the Door light.. So now I will just wire things up on the GTS gauge so that the Oil light will trigger the Engine light on the gauge panel and the door adjar light too..

I saw that GTS Have light an Oil Pressure and Temp gauge there.. where the SR5 has the door adjar light..
